Shelly & Nick, CA

Shelly & Nick’s Story

Shelly & Nick were wed in late spring at Camp Ovida, a gorgeous organic winery in Mendocino County, California. Nick is an alumni of Franklin & Marshall College in PA, who knew I did photography and reached out to me for his old Hollywood style wedding. This couple added a day before rehearsal session and a day after Bodega Bay portrait session to be sure to capture the full weekend-long wedding. Kate & Anand, Philadelphia

Kate & Anand’s Story

Kate & Anand wed in early summer at Material Culture, an astonishing bohemian international import warehouse. One of Philadelphia’s most posh and affordable wedding venues. This couple met at Kate’s brother’s wedding, which I also photographed. Anand’s daughter, as you’ll see, was a big part of their ceremony, standing with them as they said their vows. Ariel & Tracy, Philadelphia

Ariel & Tracy’s Story

Ariel & Tracy said “I do” in early autumn at the breath-taking Morris Arboretum in Philly’s northwest corner. We met through a mutual friend. Their lgbt wedding was the most sparkly, magical, woodland wedding complete with drinking horns and miraculous tie knots that I have ever been privileged to shoot. Emily & Kevin, CT

Emily & Kevin’s Story

Emily & Kevin were hitched just after the tobacco harvest in front of town hall in Windsor, Connecticut were they started their own delicious bakery, Get Baked. The guests threw sprinkles (or jimmies) instead of rice. Their reception was held in a friend’s yard under a colorfully lit circus tent and their limo was a vintage, electric blue pick-up truck. See more of Emily & Kevin’s wedding :D and their Day After Portrait Session in the tobacco barn :D

Shalini & Ardian, NYC

Shalini & Ardian’s Story

Shalini & Ardian had two ceremonies. The first was a traditional Indian ceremony were Shalini was carried down the aisle in a basket and the other was a modern western ceremony. And while they only had one reception, it may be the biggest, baddest, and most off the hook dance party I have ever shot! See more of their crazy, stunning wedding :D

Matt & Mike, Pittsburgh

Matt & Mike’s Story

I met Matt & Mike at Ariel & Tracy’s wedding, who you can see lurking in the background. Matt & Mike’s midsummer wedding took place in front of a waterfall at the Springwood Conference Center, with a reception at the Pittsburgh Marriott in the city’s center. Every moment was touching & spectacular, from the crystal blue waters to the wedding crashing furries from the convention hall next door. Explore more of Matt & Mike’s story :D
